We also have two Korean friends, Yeyun and Yonkun (I don't know if that's how you spell her name) who made kimpab and
Samgyeopsal ( I think), and rice. It was SOOO GOOD! I was really stuffed afterwards, probably because of all the rice.
It was really nice to just sit down with friends and talk about the normal things: professors, fellow students, each other's love lives--or lack thereof.
Of course, me being me, I did more listening than talking, but it was still really cool. Especially when afterwards Jessie and I were like "wait, we just talked with Asian friends in French, and it worked!"
I really want to see if I can find the ingredients to make pancakes or chocolate cookies as well. Maybe over break.
